Personally Fit, Inc. is a unique facility, offering comprehensive out-patient Physical Therapy and Fitness services in a friendly, comfortable environment.
Our Physical Therapy services include evaluation and treatment of a wide range of patient diagnoses including orthopedic injuries, geriatrics, sports-related injuries, spine conditions, post-surgical care, and other accident injuries.
Our Fitness facility offers the full spectrum of services from personal training with our experienced staff, to participation in a variety of traditional and functional exercise classes, as well as independent exercise in our gym.
