Class Descriptions

Advanced Abs/Back Class
This 45 min. class is designed for individuals with a desire to maintain healthy back and core musculature. The class is a progression of the beginning back class, involving advanced techniques to increase core stability.

Beginning Balance Class
This 45 min. class is designed to improve balance, mobility, gait training, and lower extremity strength. This class incorporates seated ball work, stretching, and standing balance exercises.

Beginning Body Works
This 45 min. class focuses on the "basics" of group exercise with emphasis on proper form, and breathing techniques. The class incorporates the physioball, theraband, dumbbell, and mat work and will function as a beginning level class in our cardio/body sculpt series.

Beginning Pilates Mat Class
This 30 min. class is designed to introduce Pilate's techniques in preparation for the Pilates Mat Class and/or Advanced Abs/Back Class.

Body Conditioning
This 60 min. intermediate class combines cardiovascular exercise with strength training. Steps, Bosu, stability balls, free weights, and bands are used to give you a challenging workout.

Body Sculpt
This 45 min. class is designed for all levels to strengthen and tone the entire body. The use of balls, free weights, thera-tubing, and floor work makes for a fun and challenging class.

Cardio Sculpt
This 60 min. aerobics class provides high energy cardiovascular work incorporating Bosu, step, and aerobic movement, as well as free weights, tubing, and stability balls for total body toning.

Circuit Training
This 30 min. class is geared towards weight loss by combining total body strengthening with functional cardiovascular exercises.

Core Circuit Class
This 30 min. class is run like our typical circuit class with more emphasis on abdominal work than cardiovascular exercises.

Core, Floor, and More
This 45 min. class focuses on the core musculature, incorporating mat work, exercise balls, and pilates techniques. This class functions as an intermediate level class in our abs/back series.

Core Stability Ball Class
This 30 min. class uses exercise balls for core strengthening.

Early Morning Stretch
This 30 min. class includes active isolated stretching to prepare you for your day

Functional Strengthening
This 60 min. beginners' class focuses on flexibility for posture, resistive exercises, and weight bearing exercises to strengthen the upper and lower body muscle groups. It is a great class to help prepare you for the activities of daily living.

Low Impact Aerobic Dance
This 45 min. class is set to energizing music and challenges you aerobically while you enjoy the easy-to-follow dance steps.

Pilates Mat Class
This 45 min. class is designed to tighten abdominals, improve posture, and strengthen the body with basic Pilates mat exercises.

Spirit Dance
This 45 min. class blends all forms of dance movement to challenge you physically while lifting your spirit. It is creative and set to up beat music.

Stability Ball & Stretch Class
This 60 min. class uses exercise balls and foam rolls to focus on stretching and strengthening muscles.
